Meet our Team & Client Success Manager – Carrie Parsons

Hi everyone! My name is Carrie Parsons, and I currently live in Tallahassee, Florida with my husband of 20 years, Keith. We have one fur-baby named Gideon Oliver Parsons, affectionately called “Giddy”, who is only 3 months old! He is a silver dapple doxie, and we adore him!

My husband and I love spending time at the beach. We especially enjoy long walks, sunsets, and just spending time with each other and taking Gideon along for the ride! We love worship music and of course, the 80s… who doesn’t?! We are also lovers of the show Survivor. 😊

In college, I studied Opera Performance at Indiana University but ended up with my B.A. in Broadcast Journalism. I even anchored for two TV stations!

I started working with GirlFriday because I was looking for a job I could do from home, allowing me more freedom and flexibility. I also really love working with so many women who hold the same values as I do.

My current role is serving as the Team & Client Success Manager, which means I oversee our Human Resources and Client Relations Departments. My favorite part about my position is definitely the RELATIONSHIPS! I really love the relational aspect of HR and working with potential and new team members. I enjoy being there to help people process through situations, ask questions, strategize, and problem solve. I also love the client relations side of my job – working directly with our clients to ensure their satisfaction. GirlFriday is constantly GROWING, and I truly love the opportunity it gives me to grow with it.

What I love most about GirlFriday and my job is that our clients are number one. Our goal and motivation as a company are to offer “white glove” service. This means we don’t just pick up the areas where our clients need help, but we truly look for ways to help take their business to the next level, to grow with them, and help them grow.
