About the Role

As a member of our team, you’ll start as an Executive Coordinator, giving you the chance to choose your direction within the company based on your skills and knowledge and the needs of our clients.

We are currently seeking part-time 1099 employees to join us as Executive Coordinators and support our growing clientele. Your working hours can ramp up quickly, based on your availability and the projects you work on. We value your time and your workload, ensuring you carry only what you can manage.

As an executive coordinator, you’ll apply your professional skills in a wide range of tasks, including:
Maintaining appointment schedules and calendars.
Planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travels.
Making travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings.
Maximizing the executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating phone calls on their behalf.
Creating PowerPoint presentations.
Conducting research on various topics.
Providing customer/supplier support.
Other executive admin responsibilities as needed.
Your Skills and Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of direct hands-on experience as an administrative assistant or like role, OR
A minimum of 1 year of direct hands-on customer service experience or like role, OR
A minimum of 1 year of calendar management experience, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and schedules for executives
Ability to multitask and prioritize work as needed.
Excellent time management skills.
Basic knowledge of online software such as Google Workplace, Office 365, Zoom, and other popular productivity tools.
Ability to learn new tools quickly.
Excellent interpersonal communication.
Strong writing skills.
A team player who is proactive, flexible, results-oriented, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment.
Ability to work independently and under the pressure of deadlines.
