At the start of every quarter, I sit down with a blank SWOT grid — not just for the business, but for myself as a leader. It’s how I stay aligned with where we’ve been, where we’re going, and what needs to shift in between.
This time, one truth rose to the top: Our next level requires global vision.
So next quarter, we’re going wide. We’re focusing on bold business development — not just more offers, but more reach. That means exploring new partnerships, entering fresh markets, and building presence in rooms we haven’t been in before. Part of that includes me — stepping fully into my role as an ambassador for GirlFriday. You’ll see me showing up across platforms, in new countries, in new conversations, making sure the world knows who we are and what we do.
Because expansion isn’t just about sales. It’s about visibility, alignment, and bold positioning.
Leadership Tip:
Before you rush into another quarter, pause and ask your business:
What are we really ready for?
Where have we outgrown our current containers?
Where do I, as a leader, need to stretch?
Conduct your own SWOT — honestly. Then build a strategy that isn’t just reactive… but visionary.
There’s still time to shift this year forward.
With you in the climb,
