GirlFriday Business Solutions was founded by CEO Takisha Bromell because she saw something missing. Not just problems to solve, but a gap in how scaling businesses were being supported. With an MBA in Project Management and years of experience building operational excellence, Takisha noticed that many leaders were searching for services when what they actually needed were solutions. Support was often transactional. Tasks were passed off, outsourced, or handled overseas. Staff were added without clarity, ownership, or structure. The work got done, but the business did not necessarily get better.

Takisha believed there was a different way. GirlFriday was built on the belief that real support requires relationship. Progress comes from having someone who understands the business, carries context, and is invested in the outcome, not just the task. What started as hands-on support quickly revealed a deeper truth. Behind every request was a system that needed structure. Behind every bottleneck was a process that had not grown with the business. Behind every “can you help with this” was a leader carrying more than they should.
